- We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws including PIPEDA

9. Termination
Service termination conditions:
- Either party may terminate services with notice as specified in the service agreement
- We may immediately terminate services for breach of terms
- Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by:
- The laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada
- Federal laws of Canada, as applicable
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario
